目的探讨网络平台在门诊体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)患者进行科普教育的应用效果。方法选取试管婴儿患者160例,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组80例。2组患者就诊期间均接受常规试管婴儿知识宣教,试验组在此基础上建立微信群,由研究者定期进行IVF-ET知识科普,并在微信群里解答患者疑问,给予个性化指导,干预8周后,比较2组对IVF-ET知识的了解程度、治疗的依从性及患者的满意度。结果试验组患者IVF-ET知识掌握较好,明显高于对照组,患者满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微信能提高患者IVF-ET知识的科普效果,提高患者满意度,有助于提高和谐的医护关系。
Objective To explore the application effects of internet platform for popular science education in outpatient IVF-ET (IVF-ET) patients. Methods A total of 160 IVF patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 80 cases in each group. During the treatment period, both groups received conventional IVF education. The experimental group established WeChat group based on this, and the researchers conducted regular IVF-ET knowledge science, and answered questions of patients in WeChat group, giving personalized guidance and interventions. After two weeks, the level of knowledge about IVF-ET, treatment compliance and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The test group had a good knowledge of IVF-ET knowledge, which was significantly higher than that of the control group. The patients’ satisfaction was better than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion WeChat can improve the popularization of IVF-ET knowledge, improve patient satisfaction and help improve the harmonious relationship between doctors and nurses.
