本期刊登的胡月星同志《领导人才选拔测评的发展现状与未来》一文值得一读。笔者认为,当前领导人才选拔工作中存在的错误倾向亟需纠正。首先,领导人才的选拔范围必须重新定位,选拔的对象必须是领导范围内的、群众选举出来的候选人。专才可以从任何范围招聘,只要通过测评选拔确认其能力就可以录用。而领导人才必须从他们将要领导的主要对象人群中产生,除特殊情况外不宜空降。领导人才必须接地气,应
The article entitled “Development Status Quo and Future of Leadership Talent Selection Assessment” written by Comrade Hu Yuexing in this issue is worth reading. The author believes that the current erroneous tendency in the selection of leading personnel urgently needs correction. First of all, the selection of leaders should be repositioned. The target of selection must be a candidate within the leadership and elected by the masses. Professionals can recruit from any range, as long as the selection of assessment by the ability to confirm their hiring.
