对儿童的错误的思想和行为应及时适当的指正,毫不放松,儿童有好的表现也须恰如其分地给以称赞,我认为这是一种对儿童很好的教育方式。五年级学生耿俊英是一个很顽皮的儿童,曾经因为批语不好,偷偷的撕掉自己的作文簿;在课堂上经常提一些不恰当的甚至是与课文完全无关的问题,故意惹人笑。有一次上自然课,讲“生和死为什么只差一口气”,谈到呼吸和血液的循环及肾的排泄作用。他耸耸肩,调皮的问道:胎儿搁在女人的什么地方?我很严肃的对待了这个问题。由于我的严肃态度,全班学生并没有笑出声来。我接着说:你所提的确是一个问题,可是我们谈的是呼吸和血液的循环,
