天津市农发行自95年2月份成立以来,在推行农业政策性信贷资金体内封闭运行,努力实现收购资金的良性循环方面,经过不断摸索研究、总结,为提高农业政策性信贷资金使用效益提供了可靠保证。1995年初,该行各项存款余额32.82亿元,同期粮棉油库存总值18.1亿元,各项存款1.79亿元;至6月末,各项贷款余额31.7亿元,同期粮棉油库存总值25.9亿元,各项存款3.04亿元。一至六月份,在贷款下降1.12亿元的情况下,库存总值上升7.8亿元,而且存款增加1.25亿元,库存值占贷款比重也由年初的55%上升到82%,提高了27个百分点,高于全国48%的平均水平34个百分点,为实现农业政策
Since the establishment of Agricultural Development Bank of China in February 1995, Tianjin Agricultural Development Bank has been working intensively to study and summarize the implementation of closed-loop operation of agricultural policy-related credit funds in a bid to achieve a virtuous cycle of acquisition funds, providing a Reliable guarantee. At the beginning of 1995, the balance of various deposits in the bank was 3.282 billion yuan. The total value of grain, cotton and oil inventories in the same period was 1.81 billion yuan and the deposits were 179 million yuan. As of the end of June, the balance of various loans was 3.17 billion yuan, 2.59 billion yuan, 304 million yuan of deposits. From January to June, with a drop of 112 million in loans, the total value of inventories rose by 780 million yuan and the deposit rose by 125 million yuan. The inventory value of loans also rose from 55% at the beginning of the year to 82%, an increase of 27 percentage points , 34% higher than the national average of 48%, in order to achieve agricultural policy
