选用成年雄性ICR小鼠分成假手术组、假手术给药组、手术组和手术给药组。手术组摘除颌下腺,给药组在处理后立即隔日给予HCG20IU/只。取附睾头称重并计数精子;称量有关生殖器官重量及观察体重变化。结果表明去颌下腺睾丸重量增加伴附睾头精子数减少,给予HCG后精子数及睾丸重量恢复正常水平。手术组体重分别于术后3~12d、27~35d明显低于假手术组。结果提示HCG可纠正颌下腺切除引起的少精症。
Adult male ICR mice were selected and divided into sham operation group, sham operation administration group, operation group and operation administration group. Submandibular glands were removed in the surgery group, and HCG 20 IU / kg was administered to the treatment group immediately after treatment. Weigh the capillaries and count the sperms; weigh the weight of the reproductive organs and observe the weight changes. The results showed that the weight of testis in the submandibular gland decreased with the number of spermatozoa in the testis, HCG sperm count and testicular weight returned to normal levels. The body weight of the operation group was significantly lower than that of the sham operation group at 3 to 12 days and 27 to 35 days respectively. The results suggest that HCG can correct oligozoospermia caused by submandibular gland resection.
