目的:测定野生与栽培乌腺金丝桃不同部位中总黄酮及芦丁的含量。方法:采用乙醇超声提取法提取乌腺金丝桃不同部位总黄酮及芦丁,以芦丁为对照品,采用紫外分光光度法和高效液相色谱法测定栽培和野生乌腺金丝桃(叶、茎、花)中的总黄酮含量。结果:乌腺金丝桃不同部位中总黄酮含量有很大差异,其中野生乌腺金丝桃中含量大小为叶>花>茎;栽培乌腺金丝桃中含量大小为叶>花>果>茎,栽培乌腺金丝桃各部位中总黄酮含量均大于野生乌腺金丝桃各部位中总黄酮含量,但未达到统计学上显著水平,而芦丁含量均达到极显著差异。结论:乌腺金丝桃不同部位黄酮含量有差异,其中叶中含量最高,茎中最少;栽培乌腺金丝桃含量高于野生乌腺金丝桃。
Objective: To determine the contents of total flavonoids and rutin in different parts of wild and cultivated U. Methods: Total flavonoids and rutin in different parts of Hypericum perforatum were extracted by ultrasonic extraction with ethanol. Rutin was used as reference substance. The contents of rutin , Stems, flowers) in the total flavonoid content. Results: The contents of total flavonoids in different parts of Hypericum perforatum varied widely. The content of wild Hypericum perforatum was leaf> flower> stem; > The content of total flavonoids in different parts of Hypericum perforatum was higher than the content of total flavonoids in the parts of Hypericum perforatum, but it did not reach the statistically significant level, while the content of rutin reached a very significant difference. CONCLUSION: The content of flavone in different parts of Hypericum umbellatus differs, among which the content is the highest in leaves and the least in stems. The content of the cultivated undaria pinnatifida is higher than the wild ones.
