本文利用蚯蚓粪粒良好的保肥供肥性能,采用~(15)N标记技术,研究了蚯蚓粪粒与化肥反应,对作物氮肥利用率的影响.试验表明:蚯蚓粪粒将~(15)N标记氮肥的利用率从单施氮肥的22.41%提高到40.87%,效果极显著.这一作用主要表现在提高了作物籽实对标记氮素的利用上.而这一作用主要通过其自身的吸附解吸能力强和明显的增产作用来实现的.因此,利用人工养殖蚯蚓,加速农业有机废物转化,生产蚯蚓粪粒肥,是提高化肥效益,促进农业增产的一条新途径.
