通过对Ca2+在膀胱逼尿肌收缩和舒张调节作用的研究,发现Ca2+在稳定和不稳定膀胱逼尿肌细胞中有显著性变化。这些变化在膀胱的功能紊乱中是致病因素还是继发改变,尚待进一步探讨。但膀胱逼尿肌细胞的这些特殊变化给了人们治疗不稳定膀胱一个新启示。
Ca2 + in bladder detrusor contraction and relaxation of the role of regulation and found that Ca2 + in stable and unstable bladder detrusor cells were significantly changed. These changes in the bladder dysfunction is a causal factor or secondary change, yet to be further explored. However, these special changes in bladder detrusor cells give people a new inspiration for the treatment of unstable bladder.
