目的为探讨nm23与c-erbB-2在原发性乳腺癌中的表达及其与转移和预后的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学S-P法,检测我院1998~2008年间临床资料完整的女性原发性乳腺癌269例,其nm23及c-erbB-2的表达,分析2种基因之间的相关性及与转移的关系。结果269例原发性乳腺癌患者中nm23、c-erbB-2在淋巴结癌转移阳性与阴性中的表达差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中c-erbB-2高表达和nm23低表达的患者转移发生率高(P<0.05),预后较差。nm23与c-erbB-2的表达无相关性(P>0.05)。结论nm23的阳性表达率与乳腺癌淋巴结转移之间呈负相关,c-erbB-2阳性表达率与淋巴结转移之间呈正相关;nm23的过表达对阻抑淋巴结转移起着重要作用,与预后关系密切,二者可作为乳腺癌转移和预后评估的一项重要指标。
Objective To investigate the expression of nm23 and c-erbB-2 in primary breast cancer and its relationship with metastasis and prognosis. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of nm23 and c-erbB-2 in 269 cases of primary breast cancer with complete clinical data in our hospital from 1998 to 2008. There was no correlation between the expression of nm23 and c-erbB-2 (P> 0.05). Conclusion The positive expression rate of nm23 is negatively correlated with lymph node metastasis of breast cancer, the positive expression rate of c-erbB-2 is positively correlated with lymph node metastasis. Overexpression of nm23 plays an important role in suppressing lymph node metastasis, and the relationship with prognosis Closely, both can be used as an important indicator of breast cancer metastasis and prognosis.
