目的:通过分析妇产科腹部手术切口脂肪液化的原因,提出解决办法以及治疗方法。方法:对我院妇产科自我院2010年—2014年的妇产科腹部手术后发生脂肪液化的33例患者的临床资料进行分析。结果:患者通过抗感染及清创缝合治疗。(6~8)天均痊愈出院。结论:引起妇产科腹部手术切口脂肪液化的影响因素主要有:肥胖、贫血、咳嗽、糖尿病、手术缝合技术和抗生素使用情况等。针对妇产科腹部手术切口脂肪液化的影响因素,制定出有效地脂肪液化预防、治疗和解决措施,以此降低手术切口脂肪液化的发生率。
Objective: To analyze the causes of fat liquefaction in obstetrics and gynecology abdomen incision and put forward the solution as well as the treatment method. Methods: The clinical data of 33 patients with fat liquefaction after abdominal surgery in obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital from 2010 to 2014 in our hospital were analyzed. Results: Patients were treated with anti-infective and debridement sutures. (6 ~ 8) a day were cured. Conclusion: Obesity, anemia, cough, diabetes mellitus, surgical suture technique and the use of antibiotics are the influencing factors of fat liquefaction in obstetric and abdominal surgery. Aiming at the influencing factors of fat liquefaction in obstetrics and gynecology abdominal incision, effective prevention, treatment and solution of fat liquefaction are worked out so as to reduce the incidence of fat liquefaction in surgical incision.
