为提高核电厂(NPP)主控室(MCR)监视和控制作业的安全水平,根据主控室人-机界面(HMI)设计标准,构建多层次、多属性的人-机界面安全评价指标体系。研究参数类和原则类评价指标的预处理方法。建立基于物元分析方法的核电厂主控室人-机界面安全评价模型。实现定量和定性评价结果的集成。开发人-机界面综合评价软件,获得人-机界面安全等级评价结果。研究表明:用该方法能准确评价参数类指标,减弱传统定性评价方式对原则类指标评价的模糊性和不确定性,并且可依据评价结果有针对性地纠正人-机界面设计缺陷。
In order to improve the safety level of NPR MCR monitoring and control work, a multi-level and multi-attribute human-machine interface safety evaluation index system was established according to the design criteria of man-machine interface (HMI) . Research parameters and principles of evaluation index pretreatment method. Establishing man-machine interface safety evaluation model of nuclear power plant main control room based on matter element analysis method. Achieve quantitative and qualitative evaluation of the results of the integration. Development of human-machine interface comprehensive evaluation software, access to human-machine interface security rating evaluation results. The research shows that this method can accurately evaluate the parameter index, weaken the ambiguity and uncertainty of the evaluation of the principle index by the traditional qualitative evaluation method, and can correct the design flaw of the human-machine interface according to the evaluation result.
