近年来,我国在科研、生产和使用部门的共同努力下,曾研制过不少新模具钢,取得了一定的成效,为推广少无切削工艺创造了良好的开端。 其中,CG—2有可能作为一种通用性较强的新模具钢,分别用于热模或冷模具有令人鼓舞的前景。 例如,07—423厂选用CG—2钢作盂型热挤成型模具后,寿命明显增长,最高寿命3700次,最低2300次,平均稳定在2700次,提高工效3—5倍。冲头使用后变形小,平均变形率:纵向压缩0.17~0.20毫米,工作头部R处有效直径只胀出0.15~0.20毫米。因而头部修复一次还可继续使用2500次左右。
In recent years, with the joint efforts of scientific research, production and use departments, our country has developed a lot of new mold steel and achieved some success, which has created a good start for the promotion of less non-cutting technology.
