为培养理论知识扎实、教学技术过硬的紧贴岗位需求的基础医学教学团队,以实现新进教师的快速成长,菏泽家政职业学院进行了“师徒式”培养模式的实验研究。根据小样本t检验发现:第一、二学期末,实验组和对照组的教评成绩差异都有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果表明:“师徒式”的培养管理模式有利于提高新进高职医学专业教师的教学效果,并体现出新进医学专业教师的培养具有一定的关键期,对此现象应持续研究以明确规律。
In order to cultivate a basic medical teaching team with solid theoretical knowledge and excellent teaching skills and close to post demands, in order to achieve the rapid growth of new teachers, Heze Vocational School of Home Economics conducted an experimental study on “mentoring” training mode. According to the small sample t-test, it was found that there were significant differences in the teaching evaluation scores between the experimental group and the control group at the end of the first and second semesters (P <0.05). The results show that the training mode of “mentoring” helps to improve the teaching effect of new teachers in higher vocational education, and shows that the training of new teachers in medical profession has a certain critical period. This phenomenon should be continuously studied To clear the law.
