目的 探讨冠心病患者的性格特征。方法 采用宋维真等编制的“易感性格量表”,对 32 5例冠心病人与 32 5名正常人进行匹配对照比较。结果 冠心病组患病前 Th,Sc分量表显著高于正常组过去 ,Si则明显低。而患病后 A、D分量表显著增高。冠心病组中易感性格者占 6 0 .31% ,明显多于正常组 31.38%。结论 冠心病有其独特的性格特征。
Objective To investigate the personality characteristics of patients with coronary heart disease. Methods The “Susceptible Personality Scale” compiled by Song Weizhen et al was used to compare 32 5 coronary heart disease patients with 32 5 normal subjects. Results The prevalence of Th and Sc in CHD group was significantly higher than that in normal group, and Si was significantly lower. After the illness A, D subscales significantly increased. Coronary heart disease group predisposing personality accounted for 60.31%, significantly more than the normal group 31.38%. Conclusion Coronary heart disease has its unique personality characteristics.
