[目的]对卫生士官学员野战卫生防疫车辆使用的培训效果进行考核评估,为高效、合理地培训提供参考依据。[方法]以某军医学院419名卫生士官学员为研究对象,进行卫生防疫车辆理论讲授、演示和练习等培训,并对培训效果进行考核评估。[结果](1)所有参训学员车辆展开与撤收流程均很熟练,展开与撤收时间均≤5min,100%考核合格;(2)参训学员对柴油发电机的柴、机油液面、水泵机油液面检查合格率为85.06%,药液正确配制流程合格率为75.42%。(3)参训学员对车厢侧面控制面板的正确使用率为90.45%,对超低容量喷雾操作正确率为91.65%,常量喷雾正确操作率为93.08%。(4)考核中存在的主要问题有机油液面检查手法不够准确,不会正确配制药液,容易忘记风机和喷枪间的及时转换,容易忘记风机复位和风机喷雾量大小调节,不注意在风机操作中控制流量大小调节的按钮在喷枪操作时要旋至单喷枪处。[结论]通过卫生防疫车辆技能培训,其培训方式和培训内容安排均较合理,并且明确总结了培训重点,找出了培训弱点,为进一步合理、高效地进行培训提供了依据。
[Objective] To assess the assessment of the training effect of the health officers and soldiers’ field health and epidemic prevention vehicles and provide a reference for efficient and reasonable training. [Methods] Taking 419 health officer officers of a military medical college as the research object, this paper carried out the training on the teaching, demonstration and practice of health and epidemic prevention vehicles, and evaluated the training effect. [Results] (1) All the trainees were familiar with the process of deploying and withdrawing vehicles, the time of commencement and withdrawal was ≤5min and 100% of them passed the examination. (2) The trainees were trained on the diesel engine oil level , The pump oil level inspection pass rate of 85.06%, the correct formulation of liquid pass rate of 75.42%. (3) The correct utilization rate of trainee side control panel was 90.45%, 91.65% for ultra-low capacity spray operation and 93.08% for constant spray operation. (4) the main problems in assessment Organic oil liquid surface inspection method is not accurate enough, will not be properly prepared liquid, easy to forget the timely conversion between the fan and the gun, easy to forget the fan reset and fan spray size regulation, do not pay attention to the fan The button for controlling the flow rate during operation is to be screwed to the single gun during gun operation. [Conclusion] Through the training of hygienic and epidemic prevention vehicle skills, the training methods and training contents are more reasonable, and the training focus is clearly summarized and the training weakness is found out, which provides the basis for further reasonable and efficient training.
