用有限元法计算车轮在各种载荷作用下的应力,是进行车轮设计和研究的重要手段。本文介绍了用ADINA/ADINAT程序计算巴西J-36车轮在热载荷作用下的温度场及应力分布情况,在横向载荷及径向载荷作用下的应力分布情况,以及上述三种载荷共同作用下的应力分布情况。把计算结果与美国用ANSYS程序对该车轮所作计算结果相比,二者非常吻合。为使读者对ADINA/ADINAT程序有所了解,还扼要介绍了该程序的全貌以及使用方法。
Finite element method to calculate the wheel under various loads under stress, is an important means of wheel design and research. This paper introduces the calculation of the temperature field and stress distribution of Brazil J-36 wheel under thermal load with ADINA / ADINAT program, the stress distribution under lateral load and radial load, and the effect of the above three loads Stress distribution. The calculated results are in good agreement with those calculated by the ANSYS program on the wheel in the United States. In order to make readers understand ADINA / ADINAT program, it also briefly introduces the whole picture of this program and how to use it.
