目的:验证复方甘草口服溶液中吗啡的含量测定方法。方法:采用固相萃取结合高效液相色谱法检测。色谱柱:Kromasil C8(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:0.05mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液-0.0025mol·L-1庚烷磺酸钠溶液-乙腈(梯度洗脱);检测波长:220nm;流速:1mL·min-1。结果:吗啡检测浓度在2.02~20.2μg·mL-1范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997);平均回收率为99.0%,RSD=0.40%(n=9)。结论:本方法准确、灵敏度高、稳定性好,结果准确、可靠。
Objective: To verify the determination of morphine in compound licorice oral solution. Methods: The solid phase extraction was combined with high performance liquid chromatography. Column: Kromasil C8 (250mm×4.6mm, 5μm); mobile phase: 0.05mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution-0.0025mol·L-1 sodium heptanesulfonate solution-acetonitrile (gradient elution); detection Wavelength: 220 nm; flow rate: 1 mL·min-1. RESULTS: There was a good linear relationship between the morphine detection concentration and the integrated value of the peak area in the range of 2.02-20.2 μg·mL-1 (r=0.9997). The average recovery was 99.0% and the RSD was 0.40% (n=9). Conclusion: The method is accurate, high sensitivity, good stability, accurate and reliable results.
