目的了解绍兴市青少年代谢综合征流行特征,为其预防提供科学依据。方法选择绍兴市2所初中、2所高中和1所大学,抽取2060名学生测量身高、体重、腰围、臀围、血压。获得研究对象知情同意后采集709份空腹血样,用全自动生化分析仪检测空腹血糖、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇。代谢综合征诊断标准采用国际糖尿病协会制定的儿童青少年标准。结果绍兴市青少年代谢综合征的检出率为1.6%,男生为1.9%(7/360),女生为1.1%(4/349),差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.74,P=0.39)。超重和肥胖的检出率分别为8.3%(171/2060)和2.8%(57/2060),女生体重正常的比例为92.0%(1005/1092),男生为85.0%(827/968)。结论绍兴市青少年代谢综合征检出率低于全国水平,但应采取措施更好地预防代谢综合征的流行。
Objective To understand the epidemiological features of metabolic syndrome among adolescents in Shaoxing and provide a scientific basis for its prevention. Methods Two junior high schools, two high schools and one university were selected in Shaoxing City. Totally 2060 students were sampled for height, weight, waist circumference, hip circumference and blood pressure. 709 fasting blood samples were collected after informed consent of the subjects and fasting blood glucose, triglyceride and high density lipoprotein cholesterol were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer. The diagnostic criteria for metabolic syndrome use children and adolescents standards developed by the International Diabetes Association. Results The detection rate of metabolic syndrome in adolescents in Shaoxing City was 1.6%, 1.9% (7/360) for boys and 1.1% (4/349) for girls, the difference was not statistically significant (χ2 = 0.74, P = 0.39). The prevalence rates of overweight and obesity were 8.3% (171/2060) and 2.8% (57/2060), respectively. The normal weight of girls was 92.0% (1005/1092) and that of boys was 85.0% (827/968). Conclusion The detection rate of metabolic syndrome in adolescents in Shaoxing is lower than the national average level, but measures should be taken to better prevent the prevalence of metabolic syndrome.
