[目的]了解聊城市手足口病流行规律,为制定控制手足口病提供科学依据。[方法]对2006~2007年手足口病发病资料进行流行病学分析。[结果]2006~2007年累计报告手足口病485例,年均发病率为8.56/10万。其中,2006年发病率为0.19/10万,2007年发病率为8.37/10万。不同年份间发病率的差异有统计意义(P<0.01)。全市各县区均有发病。以东阿县发病率最高,为35.180/10万;冠县发病率最低,为1.34/10万。不同地区间发病率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。发病主要集中在5~6月,占78.35%。发病主要集中在5岁以下儿童,占95.88%;以散居儿童为主,占80.62%。[结论]聊城市手足口病防控形势严俊。应采取有效措施,控制手足口病的传播。
[Objective] To understand the epidemic rule of hand-foot-mouth disease in Liaocheng city and provide a scientific basis for the development of hand-foot-mouth disease control. [Method] The epidemiological data of HFMD in 2006 ~ 2007 were analyzed. [Results] A total of 485 cases of HFMD were reported from 2006 to 2007, with an average annual incidence of 8.56 / 100 000. Among them, the incidence in 2006 was 0.19 / 100,000, the incidence in 2007 was 8.37 / 100,000. The incidence of different years was statistically significant (P <0.01). The city’s districts and counties have morbidity. The highest incidence in East A County was 35.180 / 100 000; the lowest incidence in Guan County was 1.34 / 100 000. The incidence of different regions was statistically significant (P <0.01). The incidence mainly concentrated in May to June, accounting for 78.35%. The incidence mainly concentrated in children under 5 years of age, accounting for 95.88%; mainly to scattered children, accounting for 80.62%. [Conclusion] The prevention and control of hand-foot-and-mouth disease in Liaocheng city is strict Jun. Effective measures should be taken to control the spread of HFMD.
