目的探讨氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片(黛力新)联合盐酸帕罗西汀治疗脑卒中后抑郁症的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的脑卒中后抑郁症患者124例,随机分成观察组和对照组,各62例。两组均行脑卒中常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上应用黛力新联合盐酸帕罗西汀治疗,对照组单纯应用黛力新治疗。连续治疗28d后,对比两组汉密顿抑郁量表评分(HAMD)、日常生活能力评分(ADL)和患者的治疗有效率和依从性。结果治疗前,两组各项评分无统计学意义,P>0.05;治疗后,观察组HAMD评分明显低于对照组、ADL评分明显低于对照组,观察组治疗有效率为96.88%明显高于对照组的81.67%;临床治疗依从性为95.31%明显高于对照组的60.00%,两组各项评分比较均有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合盐酸帕罗西汀治疗脑卒中后抑郁症,可明显缓解抑郁症状,提高患者治疗依从性和生活质量,不良反应少,用药安全,比单纯应用黛力新治疗,效果更好,可临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of flupenthixol and melitracen tablet combined with paroxetine in the treatment of post-stroke depression. Methods A total of 124 patients with post-stroke depression who were admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 62 cases in each. Both groups were routinely treated with stroke. The observation group was treated with dextromethorphan hydrochloride combined with paroxetine on the basis of conventional treatment, while the control group was treated with dextrose alone. After continuous treatment for 28 days, HAMD, ADL, and treatment efficiency and compliance were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, the scores of the two groups were not statistically significant (P> 0.05). After treatment, the HAMD score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the ADL score was significantly lower than that of the control group. The treatment efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than 96.88% 81.67% of the control group; 95.31% of the clinical treatment compliance was significantly higher than 60.00% of the control group, the scores of the two groups were statistically significant, P <0.05. Conclusion The combination of flupenthixol and melitracen tablets combined with paroxetine hydrochloride in the treatment of post-stroke depression can relieve the depressive symptoms, improve the treatment compliance and quality of life of the patients with less adverse reactions and medication safety than the simple use of Deanxit , Better effect, clinical application.
