高职教育作为高等教育的一个重要类型,在规模上实现了跨越式的发展,占据了中国高等教育的半壁江山。新时期,中国高职教育在突出内涵发展、特色办学、质量提升、示范建设的进程中,迫切需要重视和加强高职文化建设。高职教育文化建设从高职发展规律和特征出发,以示范高职院校建设和《教育部关于全面提高高等职业教育教学质量的若干意见》为指引,探索形成“开放合作,尚德重能”的高职教育文化,并在具体工作中加以实践。
As an important type of higher education, higher vocational education has achieved a leapfrog development in scale and occupies half of China’s higher education. In the new period, China’s higher vocational education urgently needs to attach importance to and strengthen the cultural construction of higher vocational education in the process of highlighting the connotation development, distinctive running schools, quality improvement and demonstration construction. Based on the rules and characteristics of the development of higher vocational education, taking the demonstration of the construction of higher vocational colleges and the “Several Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Improving the Teaching Quality of Higher Vocational Education” as guidelines, we should explore ways to form an “open cooperation, ”Higher vocational education culture, and practice in the concrete work.
