据《中华结核和呼吸杂志》2000年8月23卷第8期报道 北京解放军总医院呼吸科张东等,为探讨粒细胞集落刺激因子(C-CSF)在急性肺损防(ALI)发病过程中的作用,通过大鼠腹腔内注射内毒素建立ALI模型。将30只大鼠分为正常对照组及内毒素注射后2、4、6、8小时4个时相组,采用逆转录多聚酶链反应(RT-PCE)方法检测肺组织内G-CSFmR-NA表达水平及相关指标。
