所谓CI工作法,简言之就是持续改进工作法,即通过开展工艺持续优化,实现生产各个环节最优。CI工作法(Continuous Improvement),又称CI-7步法,最初由美国麻省理工学院研发,2007年被英国BP石油公司引进,经过7年的发展,CI工作法渗透到了BP公司各个层面,并取得了一系列的成果,为BP公司不断降低成本、提升质量、提高效率等提供了有效管理支撑与支持。CI工作法的主要内容,分为七大步骤。
