当前,工会维权工作任务不仅越来越繁重,越来越复杂。按计划经济时代那种简单的领导协调或行政干预,已很难解决问题。从工会工作实践来看,工会维权越来越需要谋略,越来越需要讲“科学维权”。实现“科学维权”,就要以科学发展观来认识、总结工会维权工作的客观规律性,并加以运用。科学维权必须把握科学的适度原则科学维权的精髓在于工会一定要在维权的实践中注意把握适度的原则,搞清需要与可能,做到既旗帜鲜明、主持正义敢维权,又要注意方法、讲求策略。具体实践中要善于把好“三个有机统一”：
