一、概述凸轮轴是发动机、燃油泵中的关键零件,质量的优劣直接影响机、泵的性能。常见凸轮轴的主要精度如表1所示。凸轮的升程精度是凸轮轴的一项重要质量指标。影响升程精度的主要因素为:1)靠模精度,2)砂轮的直径变化,3)操作,4)测量基准的选择。二、靠模制造靠模制造方法有计算法和反靠法两种。计算法的优点在于能用电子计算机进行设计、计算工作,可以快速、准确地完成;能使靠模有具体的测量数据,为毛坯加工划线和成品检验带来方便。但计算法也有一定的缺点:计
