一套行之有效的应急管理体系,要在自然条件恶劣的抗震一线真正发挥作用,离不开一批高、精、尖装备的支撑。现代科技在电网应急抢险中所占的分量越来越重,成为战胜灾害不可或缺的一股力量。在灾区宝兴,无人巡线飞机取代人工巡视,在山体滑坡、滚石不断的余震中,翱翔于崇山峻岭间,及时诊断输电线路异常,有力保障了人身安全。在震中芦山,抢险队员扛上摄像机、背上单兵微波图像传输设备,近距离拍摄电网受损和灾区受灾情况。移动卫星地面通信系统(“动中通”)同步将图像和影音资料传回应急指挥中心,为第一时间科学制定抢险救援方案提供依据。
