近年来,随着视频、语音、数据等业务全面IP化以及信息技术的日益进步,业务统一传输的优点日益明显,“三网融合”已成为“十二五”期间高速公路信息化建设的一个发展趋势。随着高速公路运营管理水平的要求越来越高,各类业务量增长迅速,机电系统的建设规模也在不断扩大,若沿用传统的视频、数据、语音独立设置的系统结构,不仅组网复杂、设备繁多,同时维护难度增大、建设成本增加等问题也逐渐暴露。针对上述问题,文章将以云南省龙陵至瑞丽高速公路机电工程为依托,将“三网融合”的理念应用于系统方案中,针对高速公路的业务特性,提出了对应的解决方案,为新建、改建工程提供了借鉴和参考。
