参加工作以来,我一直担任班主任工作,开学的那天,当家长们把家中百分之百的希望——孩子交到我手中时,每一次都会被他们眼中流露出的期望所感动。他们期望自己的孩子在我的精心培养下,能学有所获、学有所成。我们知道学校不是工厂,对学生要求不能“一刀齐”。比如:后进生困扰着每一所学校、每一位老师,教育后进生的问题,一直是学习教育的一大难题。如何转化这些学生,提高他们的素质呢?我认为,转化后进生必须做“六优先”。
Since attending the work, I have been working as a teacher in charge of class, and on the day of school, when parents give 100% hope in their house - when their children are put in my hands, they are touched by their expectations. They expect their children to learn what they have learned and achieved through my meticulous training. We know that the school is not a factory, the requirements of students can not be “one size fits all.” For example: backward students plagued every school, every teacher, after graduating from education, has always been a major challenge for learning and education. How to transform these students to improve their quality? In my opinion, after the transformation into students must do “six priority.”
