参加工作以来,我一直担任班主任工作,开学的那天,当家长们把家中百分之百的希望——孩子交到我手中时,每一次都会被他们眼中流露出的期望所感动。他们期望自己的孩子在我的精心培养下,能学有所获、学有所成。我们知道学校不是工厂,对学生要求不能“一刀齐”。比如:后进生困扰着每一所学校、每一位老师,教育后进生的问题,一直是学习教育的一大难题。如何转化这些学生,提高他们的素质呢?我认为,转化后进生必须做“六优先”。 Since attending the work, I have been working as a teacher in charge of class, and on the day of school, when parents give 100% hope in their house - when their children are put in my hands, they are touched by their expectations.
