目的探讨首次发病未用药青少年抑郁障碍患者静息态脑功能的异常变化。方法应用静息态功能磁共振局部一致性方法,对19例首发未用药青少年抑郁障碍患者和24名健康对照的静息态脑功能磁共振图像进行比较。结果青少年抑郁障碍患者在双侧眶额叶(t=-4.379,P<0.001)、双侧内侧前额叶(t=-4.379,P<0.001)、右侧额下回(t=-6.057,P<0.001)的局部一致性值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论首发未用药的青少年抑郁障碍患者在双侧眶额叶、双侧内侧前额叶、右侧额下回静息态脑功能存在异常,这些脑区的功能异常可能与青少年抑郁障碍的病理生理机制有关。
Objective To investigate the abnormal changes of resting brain function in first-episode unmedicated patients with depressive disorder. Methods Resting state functional magnetic resonance local consistency method was used to compare resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of 19 first-episode unadjuvant adolescent patients with depression and 24 healthy controls. Results There was no significant difference in depression between the bilateral orbital frontal lobes (t = -4.379, P <0.001), bilateral medial prefrontal lobes (t = -4.379, P <0.001) <0.001) higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions There is abnormal brain function in patients with depressive disorder with orbital frontal lobe, bilateral medial prefrontal lobe and right inferior frontal resting hypothalamus. The functional abnormalities in these brain regions may be associated with the pathophysiological mechanism of depression in adolescent related.
