企业的核心价值观具有普遍性,上至董事长下至刚入职的员工,都要践行核心价值观。但在管理实践中,不同层面的员工落实核心价值观应有所侧重。如果要求不同层面的员工看问题的角度、境界都完全一致,是不现实的。企业文化建设要系统性考虑,体现一种结构,不同层面的关注点不同。只有这样才能真正落实,推动企业绩效持续改善。企业如何塑造高层、中层、基层三个层面的文化?
The core values of the enterprise are universal, up to the chairman of the board just down the staff, have to practice the core values.
