目的:评价军丹结肠溶胶囊治疗大鼠肾功能不全的药效。方法:健康成年大鼠80只,进行左肾2/3切除,右肾全切造模,选取存活的60只大鼠,随机分为:模型组、灌胃高剂量组、灌胃低剂量组、灌肠组、空白对照组,每组12只。通过血清肌酐、尿素氮、24 h蛋白尿的检测评价军丹结肠溶胶囊对肾功能的保护作用;通过组织病理学HE染色、PAS染色、Masson染色评价大鼠肾脏的病理改变,探讨军丹结肠溶胶囊可能的作用机制。结果:第12周模型组、中药灌胃高剂量组、中药灌胃低剂量组、中药灌肠组大鼠血肌酐、尿素氮、24 h尿蛋白定量与模型组差别有统计学意义(P<0.01),组织病理改变较模型组减轻。结论:研究表明结肠给药能够延缓慢性肾功能大鼠的肾衰进程,改善剩余肾单位的炎细胞浸润和纤维化,从而起到延缓肾功能下降作用。
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of Jun Dan Colonic Capsule in treating renal insufficiency in rats. Methods: Totally 80 healthy adult rats were subjected to 2/3 left kidney resection and allograft of right kidney. 60 surviving rats were randomly divided into model group, high dose group, low dose group , Enema group, blank control group, 12 rats in each group. The serum creatinine, urea nitrogen and 24 h proteinuria were used to evaluate the protective effects of Jun Dan colonic capsules on renal function. The histopathological HE staining, PAS staining and Masson staining were used to evaluate the pathological changes of rat kidney. The possible mechanism of action of capsule. Results: The levels of serum creatinine, urea nitrogen and 24 h urinary protein in the model group, the high dose group of Chinese medicine in the stomach, the low dose of the traditional Chinese medicine group in the stomach of Chinese medicine group and the traditional Chinese medicine group were significantly different from the model group (P <0.01) ), Histopathological changes than the model group alleviate. CONCLUSIONS: Studies have shown that colon administration can delay the progression of renal failure in rats with chronic renal failure, improve inflammatory cell infiltration and fibrosis in the remaining nephrons, and thus delay the decline in renal function.
