本文讨论了未知结构多变量系统的自校正调节器和群控双输入双输出电加热炉的工程应用。包括确定被控过程的模型结构,给出一种多变量最小方差控制律的简洁算法和用指数加权递推最小二乘法在线辨识控制器参数。实时控制结果初步表明,STR调节器能适应电网电压波动等因素引起的模型参数的改变,控温效果优于PID和LQG调节器。
This article discusses the application of self-tuning regulators and group controlled dual-input and dual-output electric furnaces for multivariable systems with unknown structure. Including determining the model structure of the controlled process, giving a simple algorithm of the multivariable minimum variance control law, and online identification of the controller parameters with an exponentially weighted recursive least square method. The results of real-time control show that STR controller can adapt to the change of model parameters caused by voltage fluctuation and other factors, and the temperature control effect is better than PID and LQG regulator.
