以珍稀濒危植物新疆沙冬青种子无菌苗为试材,MS为基本培养基,研究了不同的激素配比对新疆沙冬青胚根愈伤组织和丛芽诱导的影响,以期筛选最佳生根诱导培养基,建立植株再生体系。结果表明:诱导新疆沙冬青胚根形成愈伤组织的最佳培养基为MS+2.0mg/L 6-BA+0.5mg/L NAA,同时发现该培养基能够高效诱导丛芽的发生;在利用丛芽诱导生根时,筛选出诱导生根的最佳培养基为1/3MS+0.2mg/L IBA。
Aseptic seedlings of rare and endangered Xinjiang Aesculapius were taken as experimental materials and MS as the basic medium. The effects of different hormone combinations on the callus induction and callus induction of Radix Astragalus were studied in order to select the best root induction Medium, the establishment of plant regeneration system.
