目的:了解中西医结合治疗葡萄膜炎的致残率、致盲率、复发率。方法对我科1998年4月～2001年11月所接诊的葡萄膜炎患者 131 例随机分成治疗组对照组,对照组根据患者病因、类型、年龄予以糖皮质激素、维生素、相应抗生素及免疫抑制剂治疗,治疗组予以上述治疗同时结合中医辩证治疗,按肝火亢盛、气滞血瘀、阴虚火旺、肝胆湿热、脾虚湿郁予中药汤剂治疗,根据症状缓解进行药物调整,统计治疗时间。结果:对照组病人有效率低于治疗组,致残率、复发率高于治疗组相应病人的治疗结果,结论:对于葡萄膜炎的治疗据其全身因素、疾病类型利用中医辩证采取中西医相结合治疗可有效地脱残防止复发。
