2005年以来,国家对房地产市场进行宏观调控,北京市政府采取了一系列相应的具体措施。客观上看,2006年上半年全市房地产开发投资增幅回落,但房价没有因为调控而下降,反之逆势上涨。深层次分析,目前北京房地产市场供求关系依然紧张,一些调控政策还需进一步细化和落实,有些调控效果还需要时间。政府必将会加大调控供求总量
Since 2005, the state has conducted macro-control over the real estate market and the Beijing municipal government has taken a series of corresponding concrete measures. Objectively speaking, in the first half of 2006, the city’s real estate development investment growth rate dropped, but the price did not fall because of regulation, on the contrary, contrarian. In-depth analysis, the current real estate market in Beijing is still tight supply and demand relations, some regulatory policies need to be further refined and implemented, and some regulatory effects will take time. The government will certainly increase the total supply and demand regulation
