一、勞資爭議的一般情况本局自元月下旬到六月底止共受理勞資爭議案件九八七件,已處理九二四件——協商三九六件,調解三○七件,移法院及其他機關六九件,仲裁三件,撤銷一四九件。尚積存六三件。就糾紛的性質看計要求復工的一五七件,解僱的三六二件,欠薪的二五六件,工資及福利待遇的一四四件,其他六八件。按月統計則一月份供受理糾紛十件,二月份三六件,三月份一七二件,四月份一六四件,五月份二六七件,六月份三三八件。二、勞資爭議發生的原因從各月份受理案件的統計看,勞資糾紛是在逐月(四月除外)增加,其他增多的主要原因是我們在四月份通告规定所有工商企業或行業的勞資爭議統由勞動局集中調處。故糾紛都集到勞動局來了。至於勞資料
