注射用水是配制输液的主要溶媒,其质量是保证输液质量的关键,现就其质量不合格因素分析如下:一、制水设备的使用1.1 目前国内制备注射用水的方法主要有:①多效式蒸发蒸馏水器制备注射用水;②气压式蒸馏水器制备注射用水;③反渗透法制备注射用水;④四级截留高纯度注射用水制备系统制备注射用水;⑤超滤法制备注射用水等。而医院制剂室大都仍使用塔式蒸馏器生产注射用水的方法。1.2 C1~-不合格,含量较高可能由于冷凝器漏水或蒸发锅内污水太多。PH 与铵盐不合格所用蒸馏器如是塔式的,则可能因回气控制阀开得过小,使回气水积留

PH and ammonium salt failed distiller used in the tower, it may be because of the return air control valve is too small, the return air water retention
