目的为了全面掌握徐州职业人群间布鲁氏菌病的流行情况,为制定预防控制措施提供依据。方法选择从事养殖、屠宰等有密切职业关系的人群为对象,填写布鲁氏菌病流行病学调查表。采集血液3~5 m L,分离血清做虎红平板凝集试验(RBPT)和试管凝集试验(SAT),诊断标准按照《布鲁氏菌病诊断标准》(WS269-2007)要求进行。结果共调查和采集血样本150人份,RBPT与SAT阳性2人,阳性率1.33%(2/150);75%以上人员能够及时清洗工作服,50%以上的从业者有高危行为,工种和工龄影响了防护措施的实施。结论加大徐州市职业人群布鲁氏菌病防治知识宣传教育,采取有效防护措施,减少发病。 Objective To fully grasp the prevalence of brucellosis among occupational groups in Xuzhou and provide evidence for the development of prevention and control measures.
