一、E玫瑰花瓣形成试验正常人外周血淋巴细胞根据其细胞表面标志免疫学特性分为T淋巴细胞和B淋巴细胞以及无标记细胞(Null细胞),其中T淋巴细胞表面具有绵羊红细胞受体。能与绵羊红细胞形成玫瑰花瓣。这种淋巴细胞约占周围血淋巴细胞总数的50～70％。试剂:1.绵羊红细胞:无菌采取绵羊全血于Alsever氏血球保养液中,放4℃冰箱中保
1. Test of E Rose Petal Formation Normal human peripheral blood lymphocytes are divided into T lymphocytes and B lymphocytes and unlabeled cells (Null cells) according to the immunological characteristics of their cell surface markers, of which the surface of T lymphocytes has sheep red blood cell receptors. Can form rose petals with sheep red blood cells. This lymphocyte accounts for about 50-70% of the total number of peripheral blood lymphocytes. Reagents: 1. Sheep red blood cells: Aseptically take sheep’s blood in Alsever’s blood cell maintenance solution and put it in a refrigerator at 4°C.
