研究大直径骨料(150 mm)自密实堆石混凝土Ⅰ型断裂性能的研究。分别制作了再生骨料和天然骨料试件各两个,进行三点弯Ⅰ型断裂试验。测得了起裂荷载、峰值荷载全曲线和曲线,同时计算了试件的断裂韧度、断裂能和。结果表明:天然骨料和再生骨料的Ⅰ型断裂性能具有一定的相似性,不改变作为混凝土材料的基本力学特征,再生骨料的制作工艺对其力学性能具有一定的影响,这可能与材料的黏结机理有关。研究结果对工程应用具有一定的意义。
Study on Type Ⅰ Fracture Behavior of Self - Compacting Rockfill Concrete with Large Diameter Aggregates (150 mm). Two samples of regenerated aggregate and natural aggregate were made respectively and three-point-bend type Ⅰ fracture test was carried out. The full curves and curves of initiation load, peak load were measured, and the fracture toughness and fracture energy of the specimens were calculated. The results show that the type Ⅰ fracture properties of natural aggregates and recycled aggregates have certain similarities and do not change the basic mechanical properties of recycled aggregates. The production process of recycled aggregates has some influence on the mechanical properties, which may be related to the material The bonding mechanism. The research results have some significance to engineering application.
