新课程改革的基本理念是倡导全面和谐发展的教育;倡导构建的学习;倡导培养学生具有过硬未来社会变化的能力。课程改革在我县实施六年了,课堂教学发生了深刻的变化,但也存在一些问题;如只注重课堂气氛,而不注意课堂效率;只重活动表现而不重活动本质,有活动而无体验,有合作形式而无合作实质,效率底下。这些问题直接影响了教学质量的进一步提高,探索在课堂教学中如何实施有效教学尤为迫切。
