日本(?),俗称大红腿、靠山红、赤甲红,是一种营养价值高,食用普遍,经济效益高的蟹类,具有生长快,适应性强,耐低温,宦于虾池育肥、暂养的特点。盛产于黄渤海水域,在自然海区中到9月份单只可达150g左右,再经过150多天的育肥、暂养,于春节前后投放市场,可获得很高的经济效益。本地养殖户在虾池中从事育肥、暂养日本(?)已经有数年的历史,达到了综合高效利用虾池的目的。育肥、暂养面积扩大到5000多亩,养成技术趋于成熟,成活率达80%以上,利润率超过50%,已经形成年产量约4000 t的市场规模。现将有关技术经验介绍如下:
