在体育教学中,发现一些小学生不论是在平时的耐力项目活动中,还是在运动会耐力项目的比赛中,都会出现“虎头蛇尾”的状况,也就是开始很正常,而越往后则越不行。研究分析产生这种状况的原因,关键的一点是这些学生的运动耐力较差。耐力项目的特点,一是负荷较大;二是具有一定速度;三是运动时间较长,这些特点决定了耐力项目训练的苦和累是必然的。如何训练小学生的耐力,提高耐力项目水平?笔者结合教学实践作了几点探索。
In PE teaching, we found that some elementary school students find themselves in a “stamina” situation both during the normal endurance events and at the endurance events. That is to say, the beginning is normal and the later the less likely . Study and analyze the reasons for this situation, the key point is that these students less exercise tolerance. The characteristics of the endurance project, one is a larger load; the second is a certain speed; the third is a longer exercise time, these characteristics determine the endurance of the project training and tired is inevitable. How to train the endurance of primary school students and improve the level of endurance project? The author made some exploration with teaching practice.
