以22 mm的HRB335螺纹钢筋为研究对象,研究了自回火温度对热轧钢筋组织与性能的影响,优化了钢筋的余热处理工艺。研究结果表明,随着自回火温度的升高,钢筋的屈强比逐渐降低,这主要是由于余热处理钢筋由回火马氏体、回火索氏体+贝氏体+铁素体、铁素体+珠光体等多层组织组成。本文的HRB335螺纹钢筋的适宜的余热处理工艺为:淬火温度为1020℃左右,自回火温度为500~560℃之间。
The effect of self-tempering temperature on the microstructure and properties of HRB335 rebar was studied with 22 mm HRB335 rebar, and the residual heat treatment process was optimized. The results show that with the increase of self-tempering temperature, the yield ratio of reinforcing steel gradually decreases, which is mainly due to the residual heat treatment of steel by the tempered martensite, tempered sorbite + bainite + ferrite, Ferrite + pearlite and other multi-layer tissue composition.
