本工作研究了升温方式、升温速度,探针分子链长和制样方法对反气相色谱测定聚合物共混体系相分离的影响。结果表明,这些因素对相分离点的测定影响很小或没有影响,但影响相分离的第二拐折点后的保留特性。可以认为相分离过程中分子链的相互运动对探针分子运动的阻碍是造成共混样保留特性的原因。本工作所测得的苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物/聚已内酯共混体系的相分离点略低于文献采用其它方法所测定的值。
In this work, the effects of heating temperature, heating rate, probe molecular chain length and sample preparation method on the phase separation of polymer blends by reversed-phase gas chromatography were studied. The results show that these factors have little or no effect on the determination of the point of separation but affect the retention characteristics after the second inflection point of phase separation. It is considered that the intermolecular movement of the molecular chains during the phase separation hinders the movement of the probe molecules, which is responsible for the retention characteristics of the blended samples. This work measured the styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer / polycaprolactone blend phase separation point slightly lower than the literature using other methods to determine the value.
