通过sol-gel法制备了PEDOT/PSS-ZnO纳米复合材料,在真空中使其自组装得到了外径约为100nm,具有电缆形貌的一维纳米线.经TEM和EDX光谱测定,该纳米线的有机外壁是导电高分子PEDOT/PSS,内芯是多晶结构的ZnO.研究表明:环境的真空度和放置时间极大地影响该纳米线的自组装形貌.
PEDOT / PSS-ZnO nanocomposites were prepared by sol-gel method and self-assembled in vacuum to obtain one-dimensional nanowires with an outer diameter of about 100 nm and cable morphology. The nanowires were characterized by TEM and EDX spectroscopy The organic outer wall of the wire is conductive polymer PEDOT / PSS, and the inner core is polycrystalline ZnO. The results show that the environment degree of vacuum and the placement time greatly affect the self-assembly morphology of the nanowires.
