本文通过对40个村村委会选举的观察研究,发现在选举中村干部是一支重要的力量,它对选举具有重要的影响。文章从分析村干部对选举的心态入手,通过对他们在选举中的作用途径、方式的分析,揭示其角色与行为特征。此外,还分析了选举对村干部所带来的实际影响,指出尽管乡村政治权力结构的变迁不可能一蹴而就,但事实证明,村民直选对村干部的冲击是客观存在的,选举作为村干部的一种约束机制,它能促进村干部进行必要的自我调适。
Through the observation and study of the election of 40 village committees, this article finds that the election of village cadres is an important force that has an important influence on the election. From the analysis of village cadres’ psychology on the election, the article reveals their roles and behavioral characteristics by analyzing the ways and means of their role in the election. In addition, the actual impact of the election on the village cadres is also analyzed. Although the changes in the structure of political power in the villages can not be accomplished overnight, the direct impact of the villagers’ direct election on the village cadres is an objective reality.
