硬聚氯乙烯在浓硫酸中的应力松弛试验,测定了材料在一定温度范围(40~65℃)内,三种加载初应力(200、250、300kg/cm~2)下的松弛时间。所得松弛时间与温度的关系在一定区域内符合Arrehenius规律。由实验数据计算得到的松弛活化能与理论计算和热降解测得的断键活化能较为一致。这表明了硬聚氯乙烯在浓硫酸中腐蚀断链引起的化学松弛在整个松弛中占主要地位。
The stress relaxation test of hard polyvinyl chloride in concentrated sulfuric acid was carried out. The relaxation time under three loading initial stresses (200, 250 and 300 kg / cm ~ 2) was measured in a certain temperature range (40 ~ 65 ℃). The relationship between the relaxation time and the temperature is in accordance with the Arrehenius law within a certain region. The relaxation activation energy calculated from the experimental data is consistent with the theoretical calculation and the activation energy of bond breaking measured by thermal degradation. This shows that the chemical relaxation caused by the scission of hard polyvinyl chloride in concentrated sulfuric acid is dominant throughout the relaxation.
