With the rapid development of oceanographic research and underwater engineering in China, it is required to replace or reduce the number of drilling wells with high-speed acoustic detection instruments in order to detect the stratification structure of sub-seafloor strata. Shallow layer profiler is the use of echo sounding principle developed, it can ship continuously, automatically and directly on the recording paper depicting the profile of the sea floor below the formation.
