In this paper, we have observed the semi-quantitative localization of the 35 kinds of oxidoreductases, hydrolases and transferases in human testis, epididymis and vas deferens (0, 1, 2, 3 and 4) according to the enzymatic histochemical activity Significant differences, concise and practical divided into “mark” and “reference” two categories. And explored the use of enzymatic histochemical localization in masculinity and family planning, especially in exploring new fertility regulation techniques. Particular emphasis is placed on the importance of the numerous enzymes observed in the epididymal head and stroma, in the output tubules and epididymal tubes, and their high activity in the functional maturation of human spermatozoa, to provide further insight into new fertility regulation pathways clue.
